It can be said that American does not lack of strategic vision, owing to the surrounding security trouble China is facing which reveals the weakness of Chinese strategy by accident, American takes full use of this time’s conflict to soften the position of China in Asia and making some fetters to stop China from further developing. Another long term idea for America is to prepare for blocking up China on sea. In East China Sea, DiaoyuIslands problem is surely a great issue, US-Japan alliance also has their answer about it, therefore, America is not afraid to declare in public that DiaoyuIslands is the domain of Japan.
